Re: Majazi Khuda
very scary! tis the Islamic dark ages MIA...
^because ALLAH asked you to put your faith in HIM and HIS decision to protect the Quran from corruption
Allah said that to you?
Allah said that to an angel who brought it to Prophet, who later told sahaba, who memorized it and many many years after prophet’s death, decided to write it down and compile it.
Exactly the same way they did for hadees, in fact so much so that sahaba even remembered that which were the words of Nabi and which one of Allah (although both spoken to them by the same person, Prophet that is).
How comes one outcome of the similar effort is never questioned (compilation of Quran) while we are ready to ditch the other (compilation of hadees)
Re: Majazi Khuda
^:smack:
cuz **Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) himself supervised and authenticated the written texts of the Qur’an.
**
P.S. Tum ko kuch pata wataa hai nahin, aisay hee sawal kar rahay ho, go do your research first.
Re: Majazi Khuda
looks like he is going in circles.
the Quran was memorized AND written DURING Prophet (pbuh)'s life..it was sorted and compiled later.
hahaha, I am sorry. I don’t want to sound rude but this is a news to me that Prophet was alive during the caliphate of Hazrat Umar and Usman when compilation was going on.
Allah said that to you?
"It is We who have sent down the Qur'an and We watch over it." (15:9)
Re: Majazi Khuda
Btw, for the kind of information of you two, Prophet did not know how to read or write so it would be impossible for him to supervised and authenticated the written text.
Re: Majazi Khuda
I didn't say compiled, but yes it was written down during Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)'s time (not in sorted order though, it was in the order revealed).
I'm repeating this, please do some research and not blindly follow what you've heard from others..... Islam is not a religion to be followed blindly.
Majazi… sigh… go read for yourself.

By research, I am sure you mean Google Search because that is what you did in your last post.
I am not going to challenge what you wrote but how did that nullify Bukhari and Muslim's authenticty. How did it occur to you after 1500 years that those books should not be trusted (but a google website should be trusted)
Re: Majazi Khuda
shudders
Islam means submission to the will of Allah. The meaning of this fundamental point is forgotten, and replaced by nodding yeses to imams..
Re: Majazi Khuda
BHAI, I googled it cuz meri zabaan par tau tum yakeen kartay nahin, which you have proved above. At least ek Islamic site par tau karo gai na.
And you're missing the point....... proving Quran's authenticity was in response to your silly questions about how Quran was also compiled after Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) passed away and how can we trust that Allah said he was going to preserve it (Nauzubillah).
Re: Majazi Khuda
Majazi Khuda
Leave her and MinaVA alone man. You have explained enough.
Re: Majazi Khuda
hiding behind cute words and catchy phrases does not lower the significance of a teacher who can help us understand our responsibilities as a Muslim
Re: Majazi Khuda
^ and hiding behind a teacher does?
Re: Majazi Khuda
writing history books basically have the same methodology. Researching and documenting references..this system hasnt changed for centuries...are you saying we have to believe everything ever written?? i dont think so. Our responsibility as MUSLIMS, is to believe in Allah, his word, and to trust HIM. The rest is all history.
Hareem favors MK .. I need to know this guy better ..![]()
Sorry Hareem, just kidding.
lolz…
I don’t favour Mk and I actually dislike his nick but I agree with his explanation regarding the authencity of ahadith and I think he’s done good job so far.
Re: Majazi Khuda
Thanks Hareem but I think we can carry on with this discussion. 178 posts and no one insulted or called anyone names. Only that fact makes this thread worthy of continuation.

Chanda, how did you get this belief? Was it part of your genes when you were born, or did you develop the belief by reading and learning from others.
