Khula is an Islamic ruling, a right given to any woman to part away from her husband if needed and is as real as Talaq. It is not something that Pakistani Courts cooked up.

Yes it is. See if a woman wants khula for 100 rupee, she can go ask the shopkeeper but when she wants to get rid of her lousy husband, she can file for talaq.
