Please refrain from attacking us! I read that Imam Tirmidhi’s collection includes hadiths that are weak/dha’eef plus majority of scholars agree that he is 5th in terms of authenticity in hadith narrations so NOT ALL hadiths in his collection are ‘Saheeh’. As far as I know that hadiths that are saheeh are mentioned in Imam Bukhari’s collection.
BTW, I have no problem with the view that husband should respected and obeyed in Islam. What I cannot digest about this hadith is obviously the fact that it portrays the status of the Prophet(SAW) lower than men!
