So I hear this trend in the middle east that you’re supposed to be very careful with maids as they work on seducing the man of the house and are usually very successful at it.
What’s up with that? I heard of 2 incidents just today where 2 desi guys cheated on their wives with maids .
Are maids so hot? So talented in this area?
Are the men so frustrated? :halo: Oh I forgot, they weren’t getting along with their wives
Are the women so stupid as to hire maids given these conditions? Are they such princesses that they can’t do their own laundry and risk having their hormonal husbands give in to maidish seductions?
Yup, it is sad but true!!!!! I didn't know it has happened with desi guys too...but I knew abt it with our white folks and the arabs!!! And yea...I dnt wnt to mention any nationality..but there def. is one nationality that is very talented at it.
It is true, I dnt know why we should have maids....it is crazy..If you can afford a maid in the middle-east, it means your life is not so difficult financially, so I dnt see why we should hire a maid?! IMO I feel that is being jst lazy, and as for guys...I dnt know why they can't control their libidos for once!!!!!!
Isn't is usually the guys trying it on with the maids? I know some women out there do try and snare a guy that way but I'd have thought it would be more likely that the 'boss' would have the guts to be more predatory and make the first move.. In the Middle East it seems to be usually the husbands and/or sons who tend to use and abuse the maids for their 'fun', not usually the other way round.. most of these poor maids from the Phillipines, Bangladesh or wherever end up having sex with them cos they've been pressurised or coerced into it, not like they'd want the scandal of possibly getting pregnant or the shame of being a 'loose' woman coming out when they go back home..
Families with foreign maids over there keep their passports and have more or less full control over them, the idea that the majority of these poor, prob illiterate (or at least close to) maids are sophisticated enough to set out to seduce all these men behind their rich well-kept wives' backs seems a bit illogical to me..
Only the other day some maid who was working in the Middle East gave birth and dumped her baby in a plane toilet on her way home, she said it was her employer's baby :(
My best friend's dad had an affair with their maid, the wife found out and kicked the maid out. My best friend used to come to Univ depressed and all that. It does happen. However it is not that rampant as people might make you to believe. Maids usually have affairs with the drivers of the house and then dump their babies in garbage bags in the trash outside.
I wonder if those Middle Eastern wives have affairs with their drivers in retaliation for their husbands sleeping with the maids.. like the American stereotype of the rich wife and the pool guy..
If u just kick the maid out isn't it likely the husband will just try it on again with the replacement - I mean if none of the blame is placed on him and the attitude is that he couldn't help himself cos she was some sort of temptress..
Maids are considered to be easy targets. Desire for another woman does not depend on hotness of the wife or the other woman (tiger woods being a case in point).
Men always want 'more'. Variety is spice of life. How well they controls that temptation varies among men.
Wives could tell that. I know this for a fact that in many desi societies, having a maid (specially foreign) is considered a 'status symbol' among begum sahibs.
It's been 3 years to the affair and they are living as happily as ever. Their daughter is graduated now, second one has gone to University and they take holidays together. Maybe her dad had that affair because there was some problem or something in their marriage. Who knows. All I know is thank god they didn't divorce. I don't think there is a chance it will happen again though. The husband cheating on the wife and if it does happen, the wife can throw him out.

Is it really so hard for someone to keep their house clean??? I know plenty of women who work, keep their house, and raise a family. If you need extra help during parties or holidays....then fine..maybe hire someone for the day....but I hate this whole maid system.... only positive is that a woman who might need money but has no other options (due to lack of education/time etc) could take up begin a maid...but I hate how they treated in Pakistan and elsewhere. And soooo many guys in Pakistan also sexually harress the maids because they do not respect them.... :( they don't consider them to be normal women... wtf
No wonder when many girls who come overseas when they are married have no clue how to clean the house.... ( and don't jump down my throat about how guys should clean as well (thats not the point).
I'm just pointing out how some newly wed girls from Pakistan are totally clueless since all their life, someone else did their work )
^ its not about how hard is it to keep a house clean, I have a career and I have an option of whether i want to do the housework myself or get someone else to do it, i prefer the latter simply because i can afford it where i am so i will, when i was in Europe i couldnt afford this luxury so used to do all myself, and am not frightened that i may end up doing it myself again.
This whole affair with the maid is really a sad indication of where the relationship between husband and wife lies, but as someone said before there is a certain nationality who has a reputation of this.
i dont see why women who want to keep maids are deemed as being lazy butts who cant keep things working at home… honestly women.. broaden those mind sets a bit ok
no they arent princesses…( dont know whats so bad about being treated like one though) bad health is one major reason women keep maids there, and the next big one : unlike america where the average person cant afford to live in a mansion with marble flooring and ceramic luxurious washrooms- thats a common washroom in an average person’s house in arabia, and to maintain it it has to be washed out atleast twice a week due to heavy dust in arabia.. women complaining of working and keeping home in the west should give it a try … its back breaking work … some help really does.. well .. help
if you can afford it.. why not? if any woman had the option of spending quality time with her kids and family and do other constructive stuff that was family related without having to worrry bout the pile of laundry, or cleaning the washrooms or vaccuuming, she would jump at the opp IMMEDIATELY… i dont think any women would give that up to scrub the flooring instead! i have friends in canada that have maids and live in only 3 bedroom houses.. why do they need them? again.. to keep things running smoothly and cuz they can afford it… they’d rather spend their cleaning hours with their kids…
and ladies… a maid will only do so much as you tell them to… cleanliness ki alif bay athi hogi tho kaam karao gi na. if you dont knwo about cleanliness to being with, that maid will just stand around and look pretty … wont help much in keeping your home clean… so this BS about girls from overseas not knowing how to keep a home clean cuz the maid used to do it is a very lame explanation
as for the cheating maids and husbands… dont get me started on wives and the drivers.
my dad blames it on the heat and the warm food that we eat there… olives, halava, oil turns ppl there into rabbits
