yeeh it proberly does, but trust me they were proper startin to take the piss!!
yes some of them do take advantage of boss's good or simple nature. so it is true somestimes you have to make sure that they know there place so they don't start dancing on your head. soemtimes that will include sternely and harshly talking to them.
so i don't think reprimanding them harshly if it is justified is wrong like some people here are saying. but i guess there is a fine line between justifiable reprimanding and unfair treatment. hard to decide where this line should be drawn.
