oh wow. I’m amazed at what u guys are telling. I havent watched any of these shows in ages so have no idea when this happened. but wow.
but can I just say one thing? These shows use very cheap tactics to get ratings. They dance like crazy people, they act like fools, they discuss topics which are pretty weird and off. They invite ‘actors’ and portray them as real people when carrying discussions. These shows are well scripted and well rehearsed. The type of maid situation they portray is far from reality. Trust me. Prolly happens in 1-2% of sick households in Pakistan.

I'm sure if someone writes a nicely written article with links to the videos, it can get published on a frequently visited site like Khana pakaana, or pakmusic or one of these really frequented websites. When the TV channels see their shows are being regularly reviewed and they lose viewership, they will change.
Problem is that these channels come in bundles abroad so if you subscribe to a Pakistani package you get most or all the Pakistani channels. You can't eliminate trashy options at your will otherwise buying individual channels gets really expensive. So these channels are generating automatic revenues by default and with dollars and pounds coming in from abroad, theyre now minting money.
The Indian channels actually now have some more class and partially it's because you can cut an Indian channel easier, there are more channels so more competition, and more variety of packages to choose from. So if some channel really turns you off, you don't need to pay for it. Hence, their producers walk a straight line.

The other argument is that the art of a community reflects the values and ideals of that community as well as reflects their socioeconomic trends. Our people have a huge appreciation for cheapness, regardless of how our small educated English based class acts, and so that's the viewership these channels will cater to.
We start respecting each other's lives then you won't see this trash.
Not only do we not respect maasis, we do not help our beggars, we watch while the children get abused in child labor openly on the streets, we follow Islam only in how we dress or how we trim our hair and we watch while Shias and other minorities get abused and killed, and even watch as we kill our own young men in target killings.
Comon yaar. Our entire society has lost its morals.

Cant take the show serious. Saw first 10-15 mins and i am ROFL. Poor acting and discussion abilities. Anyone watching these shows is only reducing brain cells :/

Lol this was so stupidly funny and very evidently staged from all angles. They tried to make it funny with those small acts btw maids and their malkins and forced funny dialogues...but none of it worked. They surely ran out of topics that they chose to do this silly act.....and the audience was funny lol they were clapping and hooting unnecessarily.
Javeria looked v pretty and gorgeous though she has lost the innocence due to the way she was talking....in an uncivilised manner. I wish she can work on her speech manners....and darakhshan tahir is ever so smart.
