I was going to leave a comment on Javeria's fb page but what I want to say to her will definitely nullify my roza!
The problem I think with most people in Pakistan that hire maids is that they don't see or treat them as actual employees but rather as slaves. I pay you so I own you type of mentality. I dont see how this mentality can change when the media lets people, who can influence opinion of the masses, say whatever the heck they want and get away with it. First it was that Aamir Liaqat lunatic that incited hatred against Ahmedis and now this jaahil aurat talking to another human being as if she is no better than a stray dog.
The other show that I mentioned actually talked about the unrealistic expectations from the maids and how they are not given a specific set of duties or a schedule to follow during the day, but it is expected that everything be done at the end of the day. They also addressed the issue of child labor and how those kids get yelled at for watching television or playing because they are getting paid and therefore have no right to a childhood anymore. It wasn't the most intelligent show since it was still a morning show, but I felt that it made an effort to highlight all sides of the issue including that of bad maids, maids that steal and gossip etc.
Completely agree with every word of yours, Pass! Go ahead and leave that comment on her page. You’ll probably get blocked but at least she’ll get to read what we have to say to her (hopefully!).
The other show you mentioned does sound much much better. This one just makes you want to slap their boothis!
I am shocked at the mentality .. I just saw a few minutes of the show here and there .. but the part when the host was asking a maid, why do u put makeup on work, she was like, baji app be pehnti hai na makeup on work, hum kyon na pehney, the host was like, my work is different.. what a stuck up person the javeria, I want to go and kick her back.

Thank God I am not part of this society, today I am ashamed of them, in the other post I was saying the people exploit the poor, there came the gang and told me I am wrong, now watch this show and tell me who is wrong.

But a scene was really pathetic where she Javeria was speaking to audience sitting next to her and when she was asking about the maid rates and how she was actually trying to tell that she really pays higher… and 2000 for one work isnt enough!! Is it? I guess 2000 for just one work is MORE than enough.
Those of you who lived in Pakistan most of their time must know how these maids, rula you khoon ke aansu sometimes, but the way she portrayed it made her one illiterate woman.. It was like, bandar ke hath main phitkari like Javeria ke hath main mic!!
How many of you remember the morning show which used to be conducted by Marina Khan (on if I am not wrong ARY DIGITAL), because thats from where Shaista started her career of conducting morning shows. I remember the show where Marina was declaring that she is no more hosting the show and Shaista would replace her and Shaista was her guest in that show (for her introduction for the upcoming shows). There Shaista said really bad words indirectly about Morning Shows that how people illiterately conduct it… (she was directing to Nadia Khan) and both Marina and Shaista was Taaliyan maar ke hasing, naqal utaring… and it was sooo pathetic… and see how she conducts the shows now. Not even this, the way they spend money over re-celebrating any celebrity’s weddings for no reason (is se achha kisi ghareeb ka bhala kerden)…
Nadia Khan was way better than any host who is on-aired now. Nadia chichori thi, magar jab serious hoti thi to meaningful aur sensible baat kerti thi… she knew kab kahan boltay jana hay aur kab kahan full stop lagna hay… but these women, inho ne jahalat ki had hi paar kerdi hay… TV Channel itni dheel dete hain to hi aagay jakay ghaltiiyan hoti hain jese Maya Khan ne ki!!
Parents used to keep their kids away from Watching hindi movies in past, ab lagta hay morning shows nahin dekhne dete hongay… manners bhi sikhani hain bachon ko ke nahin???
And this video/episode has literally made me sick to my stomach...what utter garbage.

I watched abit. I think they may be trying too hard yo.joke here. It didnt seem.serious. but I agree we should all complain. Javeria has 2 maids # no wonder she's getting fatter.
Honestly speaking I am surprised Javeria has only two maids. Or perhaps those two are her personal maids and she has a few others to work around rest of the house (didn't watch the clips so not sure what exactly she said).
speaking of maids, aaj meri maid ki birthday hai... just gave her gift, hugged and wished her... raat aik small cake hoga and my kidos and the maid will be happy to cut it off have fun and enjoy!!!!
aur haan ye pehli dafa nahi hai.... my maid is with me for 3 years now, aur her saal mein uski saalgiraah banati houn :D
javeria possesses no gracefulness in her speech. what do you expect from someone who produces that jaahil gawar drama "yeh zindagi hai"? i am not surprised that she would say a remark like that.. her head is over the clouds
Its not just about Javeria. The producers allowed such a show! This is the general Pakistani mentality for you and lack of manners and civilization and why I don't live there anymore.
but at least she’ll get to read what we have to say to her (hopefully!).
