I’d see cooking for my hubby as one of my duties as his wife. Just like when my dad goes to or comes from work I make him something to eat and give him tea! I’d enjoy hubbys company in the kitchen while I cook but I wouldn’t feel like a slave for feeding my own husband!!
Totally agree with spiral that when the husband is working, the least that he can expect when he gets home is a decent home made meal on the table waiting for him!!
