it's so depressing reading about all these guys who help around the kitchen, cook, etc. they've ruined it for all of us... what happened to the good old days?
I remember hearing a story about this Sikh auntie who would take a cab to the hospital for the delivery of the baby, etc without bothering her husband. after all what's the point of bothering him when he could be doing important stuff like watching tv, taking a nap, etc. best part is uncle jee was a cabbie himself. heard this story from a guy who wasn't desi and his Sikh buddy had told him the story. naturally he was quite curious about the veracity of the story and even envious 'cause his wife was pregnant at the time... and then I told him how things had changed for the worse even in our communities... he was so sad.. seems like things are going to be pretty rough for this generation...
