Does anyone know what did she tell about her beauty seret at nadia khan show a couple of months back? I can hardly recall oliec acid capsules (could be wrong) and something else ??? anyone?

It was Alpha lipoic acid( an anti-oxidant)and fish oil.

i took fish capsules while pregnancy n i think u can take antioxidants too but if u hav concerns chk with ur doc.

^ On FB, Mahnoor Baloch was asked if this girl in question is her daughter. She replied that she's actually her sister-in-law and that she can't believe that people believe that she can have children as old as this girl :)
To answer your questions: I didn't watch that show but I did read her interview in The Daily Times Mag in which she mentioned that she takes supplements like Alpha Lipoic Acid, Omega acids, Vitamin E etc. The list was actually quite long. Unfortunately, I don't have that interview saved and I couldn't find it online either. The interview was done by QYT, by the way. She also stressed that yoga and her good genes are actually more responsible for the way she looks now than anything else.

i think this is her daughter cuz she looks like her (facial features), but the complexion looks like the husband.
