Asim Kamal deserves a chance and should be given a long run. I don’t think Faisal or anyone for that matter, can improve to become as great as Miandad because Miandad was great from the get go (he scored 163 runs in his very first test innings http://content-usa.cricinfo.com/pakistan/engine/match/63168.html). He was called the wonder boy, I don’t see any wonder coming out of his nephew though. Asim has shown a lot of promise from the get go, so he deserves the chance. I would even try him in ODIs.

How can Bari say that about Asim Kamal with conviction when the latter has n’t even been given the opportunity to prove himself in the one-day format? This is just beyond me.
