Re: Lying about age
I have no idea to be honest! One of my second cousins married a guy who must be in his mid-30s and she is only a few years older than me. I am sure that all the extended family now know how old he is, and say that they only said yes because of money, but Mashallah they are really happy, so I guess it doesn’t really matter in the long run if people find out or whatever, as I don’t think it is exactly a deal breaker like some of the other things people could lie about.
I have never heard of people lying about girl’s ages though?
