Me 1/3rd Maharashtrian now, having lived 1/3rd f my life in Pune :)).

The sari is called Nav-vaari, it is traditional 9 yards long. It is a combination of dhoti and sari

I dont know whats the song called but Maharastrian dance called “Laavni” is quite famous. This is one of my current favorites

This is another lovely song from the same movie “Natrang”. Makes more sense if you understand the lyrics though, the subtitles dont do enough justice…
