b. Though Lt Col Haroon was a Punjabi Officer from Gujar Tribe but he has particularly learnt this Pushto Shair, which is so true in his case.

Indeed!
But he did reach his ultimate goal in life. And put his training, skill and valour to best possible patriotic use, which it all was actually meant for. A loyal son of the soil, that makes the soil proud.
