OK.. I am not really literally tanslating that into "West Bashing" as such But when people use examples like that from the west to justify the bad things in their own society that usually imply what I said above.
JonyB, Now you are being naive.... I know this girl from Philipine who now lives in London who in the past worked as a house maid in Saudi arabia. She mentioned that her empolyer repeatedly raped her and threatened her not to tell any or even leave. she said the man of the house told her if she makes a wrong move he would have her arrested for steeling and they would cut her hands off. She said there were many more girls in the same kind of situation. She finally manage to escape on the pretext of having her visa extended. In rural Pakistan the fuedal lords rape their subjects almost similar manner. And what about those revenge rapes to save family honour.

Sher, Don't be a typical "Muslim Bashing" person. And do not make pathetic assumptions about me "Western Bashing" because I pointed out a reality.

Neely, don't be grumpy. this is a dicussion forum, if you did not mean what I thought you did, just simply say, 'I didn't mean it'. I am not against islam, actualy my girlfriend is from a muslim family. My point is that, Muslims usualy say that they are the best people, chosen by God and only they will go to heaven and the rest of world will burn in hell. Now that is what I call hypocracy. My girlfriend's family tried to force her to marry someone from Pakistan but she refused. They used all kind of despicable methods to push her to accept that. they locked her in the house for 3 days and threatened her to send her back to Pakistan to live with relatives. how can she go and live in country she doesn't even know, and live with people she only met once when she was forced to travel to Pakistan with her mother. I mean that is not something acceptable. I like her, she is a great person and very inteligent.

Sher
Of course, Christians, Jews etc believe that they are NOT chosen by God, and everyone else EXCEPT them will go to heaven! - if you are going to make attacks on Muslims, at least make them logical.
Get a life and read your own posts on this topic, you attack Muslims and Pakistanis in everyone of them and then condemn others for even talking about the West.
You know, I have't heard anything like that there. But I've seen and gone through a few myself.
Because there's always a big crowd in the monsque and people are always looking for space, you always feel those hard pushes. During Hajj in 1998, I was with my family, performing tawaaf. I was holding my sister's hand and my ammi was with my little sister. There was not even any space for a single finger over there. So, we decided a place that if we're lost just come to that spot. All of us were together but then a few men just came walking so fast like they were in a hurry. They pushed us so hard that we lost our mom and dad both. So, it was just me and my sister. We held our hands really tight. We somehow managed to get a little space to get out of that crowd and aadha tawaaf hum log cchor ke wapis minna chalay gaye. And we completed it later. People never look who's in their way. They just keep on pushing you and you feel like you're a little bug they'll smash under their feet!
I've also seen a few ladies fighting over aab-e-zamzam near the water cooler.
People don't have patience even in a holy place like that. But I think you can't cancel your trips because of these little incidents and accidents. We lost our shoes a lot of times, but we didn't really care. People never wear expensive shoes in haram anyway because they know they could be lost. Besides, hota yeh hai ke once you're there, you don't really care about anything if it's stolen. And you never feel like saying bad things about the person who does it. Or may be it's just me who feels that way. Things come and go. Agar gumna hi hai to ghar main pari pari cheezain gum ho jati hain, so I guess it's all good. :-)
