true....but if you choose a person according to his/her looks, then once you are satisfied with that person, you might start looking for another one. It is thus best, as Ahadith state, to choose a person according to his/her imaan and Taqwa.

I personally don't believe in love at first sight because you do not even know the person and you are only attracted because of their beauty, not character.

these things wont matter when the person is 60 yrs old (unless u're Cher) they'll have their kids and grandkids to love and worship them by then.

to answer original q: its lust at first sight (and there is nothing wrong with it) but we sugah coat and call it luuuuuurve at first sight.

Adding to this point..........at first sight, you are simply attracted because of their beauty. Beauty is everywhere in the world. Hence, a person can be attracted to every beautiful person he/she sees on the street. But you cannot call this love every time you are attracted. I mean what will you do "fall in love every 5 minutes you see a beautiful person walking down the street"

Love at first sight is easy to understand, it is when two people have been looking at each other for a life time and still in love then it becomes a miracle.:wub:
