Hey guys what do you think is a better version for getting married…Love or arranged…or a little bit of both???
I think it is very important for us as humans to think beyond the initial stage that befalls us all…and after watching too many of them indian love movies…where every song has a hot looking couple …just too gaga over each other!!!..The feelings they envoke are …Life’s all a bed of roses…after you land the perfect guy/girl…to get married to…Well…not exactly!!! Its just that I think…a person…may it be a guy or a girl…need to sit down and think aboutwhat they really want from LIFE…What will make THEM HAPPY…independent from another person…You know too many times we think that "Only after we get married, we’ll be truly Happy…YOU know That GUY or GIRL WILL make us HAPPY!!!..WIll make the Life worthwhile…I urge everyone to Find their true PASSION IN LIFE…before diving head first into a relationship with expectations on thinking the other person will make you complete…AGAIN…WHAT IS YOUR PASSION IN LIFE??? It can be anything that makes YOU feel worthwhile…you know Religion, Sports…whatever your calling is…Try it…FIND IT…

Marriage does not ever make you complete.
You need to be a "whole and complete person" on your own before you enter into marriage. Without this, the number of obstacles and hurdles that you face are exponentially increased.

By being Complete I mean Do you really know who You really are, what you Want in life, What makes You as a person Tick......Are You being TRUE TO YOURSELF....You , a BEING Created by God! Have you tried to look or found your Passion in life....I am not talking about what a person wants to be when they grow up, etc...its the Calling.....have you ever thought of that.....Being Independent of others to PROVIDE you with Happiness....You know once You are happy wITHIN yourself....then you are COMPLETE....
HAve you seen the difference Being born a Muslim...and truly understanding wat really the religion is. all about ...on your own....Consciously.....

One of my teacher used to say that their should be a law against letting girls...(and in my opinion guys too) from getting married in their late teens and early twenties.....People dont even know who they are......and then marriage which itself is such a life altering event....

Love or Arranged?
I wouldn't really place importance on how the marriage began, I think how it develops and lasts would require more thought. The love/arranged/wedding days are minor issues compared to a whole lifetime of living as a married person.
Can marriage make you complete?
I think this question is slightly redundant as nothing in life can achive self wholeness. Nobody has everything. Does depend on what people feel they need to be complete though. For example, some people only need shoes.

I used to be totally against arranged marriages and I thought its the dumbest way to get married. But having to turn my love into an arranged marriage has def changed my mind, i dont blame people anymore for wanting their marriages arranged or being against love marriages.
Marriage can only complete you if the person you are marrying completes you. The whole "once i get married i will be happy " mentality gets most people in trouble.

No one person completes another.
You have to be able to complete yourself.
If you are looking outside of yourself, then you are depending on someone else to make you happy. This is unhealthy.
One needs to be happy alone. Only then can they make another happy.
