What are the the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other wealthy Muslim nations doing to help their more unfortunate Muslim brethren?

What more help do you need? Taliban, ISIS and alqaeda rings a bell? They are such kind Of brothers who want this for others not themselves.
