Search for your mobile company's customer service number online, they can look up your account and give you your number.

Your company’s service is not 24/7? 
Can you remember if you gave your number to anyone in a written message on facebook or e-mail, or MSN, you can check your sent messages etc. to see what the number is.
p.s. This is why all girls should give me their numbers. When they lose the phone or can’t remember their number, I can help them.

If you have registered online to pay your bills etc. or view your phone account online, your number should be listed there.
If you have ever purchased anything online, you must have set up an account with that store/company online and provided your address and phone number to ship you stuff. They should also have your phone number listed in the account profile.
