Lose 10 lbs in 6 weeks challenge

Goal is to lose 2 lbs /week give or take 2 lbs overall.
will be slimmer by big eid.

exercise will be fitness blender workouts and walks.

Well the weather turned so there goes my walks. Am thinking of going out by myself and leaving the baby with husband as it is too cold to go with her.

Going well on the diet front.

breakfast: porridge with Apple and banana.
lunch: omelette with pita.
snaks: Apple.
dinner: Chicken / pita

Hi chic I am introducing solids but she isnt very interested. She is pretty much on BF with a few tastes of semi-solids

Oh okay. My lil one is three months. I was wondering if restricted diet is going to affect my breast milk.

3 months is still too young. Dnt drastically reduce your diet. Just eat healthy and avoid junk

10 lbs= 4.5 kgs. Done!

I'm in on this too since we had a few cakes at work and it did cause a 5 pound weight gain for me.

Our team at work tends to go out to restaurants for lunch but I can't afford to eat all the fattening food they all get like pizza or mexican food filled with cheese. I gain weight like crazy if I did that every week. I don't want to be rude and not go.

Yeah it is too early for solids. Besides her main source of nutrition is milk, breast or formula. So introducing solids doesn't mean that you should reduce her milk intake. If you are breastfeeding, make sure you eating a healthy balance diet.

Hey Lusi my baby is 6.5 mnths now. I was talking about chic’s who is
3 mnths. I need to gt some veges in there. We rarely have any :bummer:

try doing surya namaskar. i went to bharat thakur’s yoga classes and they focused more on surya namaskar poses to lose weight and get fit

Make sure you want to lose the weight 138 pounds sound perfect to me. But yes you can do it, just don't go overboard

It is going well so far. I am hoping I can stick to it for more than 2 weeks :)

A little hiccup. Have gained 3 pounds. It's two steps forward and 1 step back. Sigh

Try the 5/2 diet. Its very easy, you eat upto set calories on 5 days and for two days you only eat 500 calories. The days can be any two days in the week. You loose about 2lb per week but its easy because you can eat anything. just google 5/2 diet and add in your weight/height info in the calculator to see how many calories you need to eat for the 5 days.

I loose about 8lb per month.

It really is Hmmna. I've been on the 4:3 since September 1st and I've lost almost 3 kg so far and the best part is it's really easy and doable since you're just restricting yourself for 1 day at a time :).. I find the 4:3 easier than 5:2.
