Lose 10 lbs in 6 weeks challenge

Re: Lose 10 lbs in 6 weeks challenge

All these 5/2 4/3 3/2 and 2/1 diets are probably short term stunts. You can eat anything kind of gave it away. There ain't no substitute for proper diet and regular exercise.

Having 6 week goals is short term. Need to think long term. That means steady progress towards goal and staying there. Applies to investing also.

Can one of you please post link to calorie calculator on 4:3 or 5:2 diet? Most I'm finding are giving me bmr and tdee only

I guess you've to see the fast diets as a lifestyle and obviously the best results are obtained with proper diet and exercise but that doesn't mean you can't use the fast diets as a tool to kick start your weight loss.

I use Lifesum, it's not in english though. I think you can use Myfitnesspal as well.

If used as kick start can't argue with the logic. But fast diet as lifestyle is in contradiction to the kick start approach. What am I missing
