All these 5/2 4/3 3/2 and 2/1 diets are probably short term stunts. You can eat anything kind of gave it away. There ain't no substitute for proper diet and regular exercise.
Having 6 week goals is short term. Need to think long term. That means steady progress towards goal and staying there. Applies to investing also.

I guess you've to see the fast diets as a lifestyle and obviously the best results are obtained with proper diet and exercise but that doesn't mean you can't use the fast diets as a tool to kick start your weight loss.
Can one of you please post link to calorie calculator on 4:3 or 5:2 diet? Most I'm finding are giving me bmr and tdee only
I use Lifesum, it's not in english though. I think you can use Myfitnesspal as well.
