Hi guys i ordered 4 gulahmed suits from banwat, i gave her nearly two months to complete the order and still she never shipped it on time. I am so glad i used Paypal because i automatically contacted paypal to open a dispute.
It was only then she shipped my ordered, when the suits came i was dissapointed the sizes were huge and she did not follow my instructions, gave me the wrong types of bottoms and also i only recieved 3 suits, the 4th one as missing there was no explanation nothing!
I contacted her again and she said that gulahmed had run out of stock on that particular suit and i was like thats fine but atleast u cudve informed me!! there was also no mention of the money she still owed me of the missing suit!!
Then rather then be hassled with askin for a refund i orderd another suit from her and this time i suit colours were totally wrong!! and she gave me churidar trousers when i asked for salwar. the embroidery was silver in the pictures but when i got the suit the embroidery was cream it looked disgusting.
I told her she gave me the wrong trousers and she was like "i cnt do anything about it u will have to order another suit from me again if u want replacement trousers".
I was was so shocked anyway i have posted my experiences with her on FB to warn everyone. I have been wary of orderign anything again from FB.
I have a wedding coming up and this time i went to a Seema in green street London and ordered a customised anarkali suit from there, i dnt like taking the risk anymore

i just checked her site and its the fact that her prices and outfits''look'' too good and reasonable that makes people like us so enthausiast on placing an order....
maybe we should merge 1 thread with all the sites and fb-groups to be carefull with or completly avoid ???!!!
i feel like postin a warning message on each of her pictures and wall so more people are alarmed...but i am affraid that what if i do that she may dissapear for good and bring those ppl whose order are still pending into a nasty situation....????

I am saying this because if i didnt know better and about gupshup and seeing her prices i might have placed an order too and ripped off :(

Plus Catwalk.. stitching for PKR 600? You are lucky you are in Lahore :)

No CB. Not everyone in Lahore is lucky :halo: I am paying 700 for an unlined suit with pants,straight or A line shirt with average laces/ribbons,without dupatta..extra charges for Pleats or anchor stitched borders

which tailor is offering you stitching facilty for PKR 600?
I am in lahore too but my tailor takes PKR 1500 to PKR 2500 just for stitching ! :)
