If i were at your place. I’d tell them to do what ever pleases them and they don’t really need to prove anyone anything and not to use religious context which maybe offensive to others. Tell them it’s genetically proven that a person may develop sexual feelings for same-sex. It’s perfectly normal and natural process. Homosexuality is just over-rated way too much.

I have a genetic disorder where I love to steal candy from small kids. I guess it should be ok cause it pleases me also.
