do u ever try shan gulab jaman.....this is awsome........u don't need to add any milk powder or any thing except eggs..... very easy and simple to use

Just follow the same recipe and you wont be disappointed.
Well I didnt count exactly how many gulabjamans were made but I guess you should be able to get 8-10 gulabjamans at the end. I actually made double recipe because I was taking them to my neighbours, and saved almost 6-7 for ourselves.

I made them.....and they turned out wonderful.....perfect...for the first time in my life!!! I am so proud of myself. I took a pic with my cellphone so the quality is not great but they taste great. Thank you, Sadaf jee:)

I also made these today. Mine were better in the sense that there was no ghutli in the middle. But the mixture was very dry and crumbly although I measured my ingredients. Also used large eggs. So I had to shape them with oiled hands but they still had cracks in them. Sadaf, any idea on how to make it even better next time? I think this recipe has potential and I would love to try it again, InshaAllah.
