From here forward, PMLN should fight the case and should appeal the SC to have a day-to-day hearing, get the case through in SC and even if thet win the case, Announce early elections this year!!!
Get fresh Mandate and come back with more force!!! on ground, PPP is still not the choice and IK have lost huge ground in Punjab…so PMLN can win it…

The evidence is simply too strong against Sharifs, despite all the hollow chest thumping by PMLN. Sharifs biggest mistake was to have involved the party into his personal affairs. It is PMLN and its long line of darbaris who made it worse for the family with their personal attacks, and lack of knowledge of the case.
His ousting has nothing to do with elections. Crimes cannot be weighed against ‘public mandate’.

طرفین کی تسلی کے لیے چند اک نکات درج ہیں۔ اپنی اپنی مرضی سے پڑھ لیجیے:
1۔ جے آئی ٹی کی رپورٹ آئینی طور پر Binding نہیں ہے، یہ صرف سفارشات ہیں جو پانچ افراد نے بہت ساری Controversy کے بعد تیار کیں، اور سپریم کورٹ کو پیش کر دیں

2۔ سپریم کورٹ ان سفارشات کی روشنی میں پانامہ کیس پر اپنی کارروائی آگے چلائے گی۔ تحریک انصاف والے یہ سمجھ رہے ہیں کہ وہ نواز شریف صاحب اب سیدھا ڈس کوالیفائی ہونگے، اور مسلم لیگ والے سپریم کورٹ کو اک بلڈوزر کے روپ میں دیکھ رہے ہیں (میں نے کہیں کوئی توہین تو نہیں کردی؟َ)۔ یہ دونوں پیرائے غلط ہیں

3۔ مسلم لیگ نے جے آئی ٹی کی رپورٹ رد کر دی ہے، اور سپریم کورٹ میں اسے چیلنج کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ آئین میں موجود بنیادی انسانی حقوق کے باب کے حوالے سے یہ معاملہ سپریم کورٹ کو سننا ہی پڑے گا۔ اس سلسلہ میں جواب الجواب کے معاملات ہونگے۔ اور یہ ڈیڑھ دن میں ختم نہیں ہوگا، تحریک انصاف سے
معذرت

4۔ اول تو اسکی امید نہیں ہے، مگر سپریم کورٹ بالفرض اگر تحریک انصاف کی مرضی کا فیصلہ دے بھی دیتی ہے، تو اک خیال ہے کہ مسلم لیگ نواز اس فیصلہ کو تسلیم نہیں کرے گی۔ یا تو اس فیصلہ کو چیلنج کیا جائے گا، یا پھر پارلیمان کی طاقت، جو کہ اصل طاقت ہے چاہے برا لگے یا اچھا، سے اس معاملہ پر اپنا بھرپور دفاع کیا جائے گا۔ چیلنج کرنا، یا پارلیمان کے ذریعہ سے اسکا دفاع کرنا، دونوں کسی بھی پارلیمانی جماعت کا بنیادی آئینی و سیاسی حق ہے
۔
5۔ جے آئی ٹے نے یہ معاملہ نیب کے سپرد کرنے کی استدعا کی ہے۔ اس میں صاحبان بات یہ ہے کہ میاں صاحب کے دونوں صاحبزادوں پر اصولا پاکستانی قانون لاگو ہی نہیں ہوتا، چاہے اچھا لگے یا برا، اور یہ اک رستہ بھی اختیار کیا جا سکتا ہے، جبکہ وزیراعظم کے پاس ابھی استثنیٰ کا حق بھی محفوظ ہے۔ اور ہاں، نیب بھی کوئی ڈیڑھ دن میں اپنا فیصلہ نہیں دے گا، تحریک انصاف سے اک بار پھر معذرت

6۔ سپریم کورٹ اگر اک سیاسی معاملہ پر اپنی قانونی رائے کو Absolutism کے نظریہ سے نافذ کرنے کی کوشش کرتی ہے تو ڈیڑھ کروڑ ووٹس لینے والی سیاسی جماعت اپنا ردعمل دے گی۔ طرفین کے پاس شاندار قانونی ماہرین موجود ہیں۔ اک بہت عمدہ سیاسی جدوجہد دیکھنے کو ملے گی۔ چاہے اچھا لگے یا برا، میرا ووٹ، سیاسی جماعت کی جانب ہوگا، اور سیاسی جماعت کی جانب ہی ہوتا اگر میاں صاحب کی جگہ گیلانی صاحب یا عمران خان صاحب بھی ہوتے تو

7۔ یہ معاملہ فاسٹ ٹریک نہیں۔ سپریم کورٹ اس بات کو سمجھتی ہے، حکومتی ماہرین بھی اور آئین کے ماہر قانون دان بھی۔ یہ قانونی لڑائی کا آغاز ہے، انجام نہیں۔ آنے والے دن ٹھنڈے دل و دماغ والوں کے لیے بہت عمدہ تاریخ لئے ہونگے۔ گرم دماغ اپنا تعلق پڑھی لکھی مڈل کلاس سے ثابت کرنے میں مکمل آزاد ہیں

8۔ آخری: یہ معاملہ اخلاقیات کا ہے ہی نہیں۔ یہ معاملہ سیاسیات اور قانون کا ہے۔ لہذا مسلم لیگ کو کسی بھی قسم کے نام نہاد اخلاقی دباؤ میں آئے بغیر اس معاملہ کو سیاسیات اور قانون کے Dynamics کے مطابق ہی دیکھنا چاہیئے۔ اس معاملہ کو اخلاقیات کی بانسری بجاتے صاحبان جان لیں کہ پھر یہ لڑھکتا ہوا “اخلاقی پتھر” بہت سوں کو ساتھ ہی لیے جائے گا۔

If SC ruling is against them that makes them guilty declared by the highest court of Pakistan, and you are seeing them coming back with more force (which I think is very possible considering the out of track mindset of average voter) and would be a very Sad state of affairs for Pakistani society if that happens. This would show the failure of Pakistani society as a whole. Interesting times ahead. Qaum say mulk bantay hain, aur yehaan qaum kaa yeh haal hay kay criminals ko defend kartay nahin thaktay. Allah Pakistani qaum ko hidayaat day.

Later PPP was united for Kaira but allies (Puppets) PML Q & MQM were not agree so a Pindi wala Pervez Ashraf became a PM

My strategy in nutshell will be
Absolutely NO Resignation. Get fresh vote of confidence. PMLN has enough votes.
Challenge every word of this trash and this is a now a legal and political battle and needs to be fight as such. There needs to be reference in supreme judicial council against the God father comment and the judge will have to recuse. This should be a full bench.
Display of Political muscle is must. They are starting in Sheikhupura today, there needs to Charged rallies, supporter /voter excitement is needed and display of political muscle goes long way.
It clear that NS is a weak leader, too passive. Its time to move the baton to some one else, SS is fine, Saad Rafique is fine, bring some one that can match fire with fire, than can get in to face and that can get rise out of supporters. I am sick of NS’s passiveness and not getting to face of opponents.
There will be political tensions, so be it, if a Trash is produced with a biased group, its nencessary to fight it which ever way.
