I do intend to share my current understanding of the issue.. but first i'm still waiting to hear from knowledgable folks on how this command is interpreted today and please share the supporting evidence.. which "authentic" prophetic traditions in their mind are used to arrive at the current mode of dispensing the punishment for this crime?
