I think you are getting hung up on the word “political”. The right is given by the constitution, but its not limited to expressing only political ideas/opinions.

I was thinking that you will post the whole thing after I ask you couple of times but you are happy to take all out of context. On the same link, if you like, you can read couple of lines more.

And then, give me the meaning of “Slander” too
