I am not sure how to put it, but bluntly speaking, USA is probably the best Non-Muslim country for Muslims to live. It just bug the heck out of me when US consulates are attacked and innocent people get killed, just because they are US citizens.
I am not talking about individual incidents, but how many mob attacks have you heard of on mosques in USA? How many communities have you heard of who felt unsafe and moved out of USA? How many stone pelting incidents happened in front of any countries consulate in USA? How many bans on head scarf have you heard (ladies go to mall in full naqab in USA without feeling threatened)
I asked this question in WA forum in centcom’s thread and want to ask it again here.
What USA has to do with that anti islam movie? How comes USA is responsible? Why do you guys (yes by you, I mean Muslims living in non western world) think that its USA’s job to ban the movie? How is it USA’s job?

I get where you are coming from, and just like where we say not all Americans are the same, nor are all the citizens of the country where the Hate for America comes from. I mean come on, look at pakistan, 1/3 of its nation is way too rich of and could care less about anything. The other 2/3 is living in hard conditions. 1/2 of that wishes to come to American/dubai/Uk anywhere that they can have a good life. The other 1/2 is jobless, frustrated, have no way of hope and ends up meeting fake mullahs. Then you get the results of these farigh jobless, uneducated people on the roads burning American flags. We all like to blame someone for our miseries.

Who would not want a peaceful life?? I just gave him an example! I know that its not a general public but a government of ANY country who is responsible, so if its not the GENERAL PUBLIC, then why MUSLIMS in other Countries are suffering! They are innocent! Response of what? Response of why that film was made? Ho wis that justified. If response is OK then maybe it was ok for USA to attack Afghanistan after 9/11. Hey it was just a response, right?
You cannot bundle every issue under one umbrella and started cursing USA for things that USA has zero influence on.When it comes to Pakistan, probably India has proven itself to be a bigger threat, but we are ok with watching their movies, red carpet welcome their movie stars, copying their culture .. but somehow when it comes to USA, lets kill their ambassadors and burn their consulates because they are head of kuffar.
btw, I am not endorsing any attacks on Indian consulates either.
Really guys, you have to come to USA legally and live here to respect what this country is all about. I am not talking about US govt, I am talking about US as nation. For US govt, we have voting power, and candidates have realized the power of Muslims voters. We Muslims of USA know that republicans are not the answer. We are inshlah goinbg to being the democrats in power again.
You want to know what USA does for Muslims? Go and check with Somalian refuges who were getting butchered in their own country and now living peacefully in USA. Go and check with Bosnian refuges whom serbs wiere killing left and right, and how peacefully they are raising their kids here.
While people who live in the US as well as UK or the European countries probably are living in the best conditions, we cannot ignore the fact that the US has created hell for the Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq and now Pakistan too. It's their high-handed policies and the desperation to get their hands on the Gulf treasure of oil reserves.
I do not and would never condone the burning of the US flags and American consulates but it's not just the movie but a whole cascade of events that has increased the hatred for US policies amongst the average Muslim population. Sadly our governments still wag their tails and have the same puppy love for the US.
That said, I also believe that UK is one of the best countries to live for Muslims too in general.

This is why in the Qur'an it states spreading fassad is worse than a murder, because it leads to a worsening case of bad relations, ongoing tensions between groups of people and multiple murders.

US would definitely do a lot for Muslims living in the US. only.it would do for any of its citizens regardless of their creed,race, religion for many reasons:
it is one of the most developed super power with average living conditions and benefits that are difficult to compare to.
people spend a mint of money to actually get to US and these western countries
they are generally serving the country and the cumulative intelligence of the South Asians is working for the US. Why shouldn’t they then offer them good living conditions in general.
But every poor Tom, Dick and Harry wouldn’t have the resources to immigrate and just leave their countries. They should not have to suffer at the hands of US policies. If they are by their God forsaken luck living in Northern Tribal areas like Waziristan, what is their fault that they be bombarded with drones ?
It is these things which have resulted in immense hatred for the US. But move to the US and within days they would all be …aah US is heaven
