I ask again: Does Freedom of speech is also the religious right to communicate one’s opinions and ideas about others’ religion in a deragetory manner?

The simple answer is YES as long as its my opinion/idea. One can disagree with it on an ethical/moral level but legally you/I have the right to say what we want about another religion.
