“Commonly subject to limitations” but not always. And as I mentioned in my last post whether free speech is considered “slander” is up to the courts to decide. However, any free speech that may be derogatory to a group/person does not automatically become slander.
If someone considers any speech as slander, the remedy is to go to courts. Burning flags, consulates and killing people is not the answer.
