audience my dear audience. The audience of IK here in Pakistan can more relate to Khomeni and Bhutto than Mandela. mentioning Gandhi is / should not be an objectionable thing, but you are well aware that this may easily earn him title of ‘Indian Agent’ besides ‘yahoodi Agent’.

I have heard IK mention Mandela (especially the fact he faced jail for 30 years to free his people) and Civil Rights movement many times in his speeches. Of course, these aren’t considered buzz words in Pakistani media.

I see your point. And it’s a legitimate one. One that should be carried out by Pakistani nationals with great fervor wherever they may be, but a few problems that I see as being the cause of it.
- India elected a Prime Minister despite his alleged past of brutal massacres.
- Pakistanis, or at least a segment of Pakistanis have unaddressed grievances. Why can’t they voice their displeasure?
- The stupidity of “our” politicians matches, if not surpasses the stupidity of our people. However, the politicians must do their best to remain less stupid because they’re meant to be cream of the crop from a society that elects them to work for them.
- Why is India electing an alleged massacre overlord a standard for how Pakistan should elect its’ leaders, and why is their treatment something to draw parallels on?
- What is the servant of people of Islamic Republic of Pakistan doing 7000 miles away, when domestic issues require him to be working overtime to resolve? Isn’t that disservice to a poor people that are forever on lifesupport?

Have to agree with Meher. PTI has brought so much vigor, vitality and purpose in Pakistan’s politics. And yes, you need personalities and leadership to achieve such feat!

I though PTI was on decline, their dharna is a failure Nawaz Sharif’s support was rejuvenated. Lahore is Nawaz Sharif’s 9-0, so how did PTI managed to pull an historic crowd on 7 days notice? Which lifafa journo you will quote to explain this.
Lahore jalsa should really shut up some of those disguised Noonie trolls. Acceot the fact that people of Pakistan have genuine grievances and they are fed up with your Kingly leader - Nawaz Sharif - and his Kitchen Kabinet.
