National Assembly can be dissolved at the initiative of the Prime Minister. If dissolved, new elections are conducted for the Assembly. Article 58 of the Constitution of Pakistan deals with the dissolution of the Assembly:
- Dissolution of the National Assembly:
(1) The President shall dissolve the National Assembly if so advised by the Prime Minister; and the National Assembly shall, unless sooner dissolved, stand dissolved at the expiration of forty-eight hours after the Prime Minister has so advised.
Explanation: Reference in this Article to "Prime Minister" shall not be construed to include reference to a Prime Minister against whom a notice of a resolution for a note of no-confidence has been given in the National Assembly but has not been voted upon or against whom such a resolution has been passed or who is continuing in office after his resignation or after the dissolution of the National Assembly.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (2) or Article 48, the President may dissolve the National Assembly in his discretion where, a vote of no-confidence having been passed against the Prime Minister, no other member of the National Assembly commands the confidence of the majority of the members of the National Assembly in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, as ascertained in a session of the National Assembly summoned for the purpose.[16]

no matter what the context is, as a national leader you simply dont exhibit such behavior. If you make such announcements of course your followers will turn violent.
From someone who aims to be PM of the country, you expect far more...
Khan has become such a disgrace...from a national leader...a hope leader... a change leader...he is now preaching hate and violence so openly.
where has his agenda of electoral reforms and an independent election commission gone? we dont even hear abt it. He is a frustrated, impatient man.

Criminalise every protest. Every protest that's remotely against the government, suppress people's freedom, demonise them for speaking up. Their collective and characteristic intolerance to dissent is nothing but crippling disability which effectively prevents from doing any serious self reflection. Then they bloody moan why and how Yahoodis are so successful and ahead of time.

no aira gara asking its the opposition party, by the way its not undemocratic , dissolution of NA and stepping down of PM is different, plz understand the situation completely before posting, PM should resign/step down till investigation of election 2013 takes place, he can remain MNA but not PM and assemblies can continue wth their work, if after investigation no rigging PM can come back otherwise good bye PM for ever, thts the demand.
