Woohoo, Imran on stage with dozens of lawyers. Powerful message indeed. This will get interesting.
I know Imran enjoys a lot of support amongst young lawyers in Pakistan.

Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
@Shamraz Khan
I did..
My constituency was the same of Saad Rafiq.. I saw Saad Rafiq coming to our polling station and making all the fuss. Our polling station was in Defense and was dominated with PTI voters. My own wife was sporting a PTI shirt. He was complaining that such open display of support was against the rules. It all happened in front of my eyes.
Later I found that PTI used that visit of Saad Rafiq as the main proof of the rigging committed by him. When I saw the detailed results of our constituency I discovered that PTI got around 90% of the votes from Defense polling stations where they were complaining rigging.
My servants live in the same constituency in less fortunate areas. One of driver who lives in Walton told me there were no voters or supporters of PTI where he went to vote. Another servant who lives in Kamahan told me the same story.
I witnessed 2 rallies in Defense on election night in Defense. One was going from Defense to Liberty. You could see posh cars, families, PTI flags, music from cars with PTI songs. The other rally was coming from outside to Defense. You could see Suzuki Carry with 6 boys dancing at the back. Motorcycles with 3 riders.. All these were carrying PMLN flags. You could see a visible class difference between the supporters of 2 groups.
Later I found that around 6/70,000 voters in our constituency came from affluent areas where PTI won with huge margin. Some 300,000 voters came from areas like Chungi Amar Suddhu, Walton, Nishat Colony, Kamahan.. and here PTI lost badly.. and all this was confirmed by my servants who went to vote in these areas.
Later when the protest for rigging started.. It was only in Defense. In all the poor areas I mentioned.. there were huge celebration. I know my constituency very well. I can tell you there was no massive rigging. Saad Rafiq won by a huge margin of over 60,000 votes. PTI crying after the results angers me for the lack of sportsman spirit.
In my opinion Saad Rafiq won fair and square.. And the result if there is a new election would be same. In fact now I feel Defense-Cantt area will be highly divided..
PTI's biggest problem was and still is it has never made any inroad in rural and poor Pakistan where most of Pakistanis live. Twitter/facebook savvy kids were never enough to put IK in PM's house. Thats a reality that escaped them...
Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
You are giving way too much credit to Mush (who is on ECL) and ex-ISI chief for this massive uprising nor just in ISB bit now in Karachi, Lahtre, Sialkot, Multan, Faisalabad.
Since we are on the topic of conspiracy, I can assure that if army wanted their man Mush exonerated, then the current COAS would have put that demand to PMLN already. Since the #AzadiMarch](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=AzadiMarch) , these two have been spending a lot of time together. Sleeping, eating, breathing together. Do you see any development in the news favoring Mush?

They’re sick. But I don’t understand the logic behind such cavemen friendly menu, how will they get to to discuss their beloved demokursi if the plan is to spend the entire afternoon gobbling up an early Christmas feast? Post lunch dip anyone?
Looks like it’s not just his advisers, even his catering staff want him to fail so badly.

I was told by my Karachi friends that it was the same story In Karachi as well. PTI had very little support outside Defense-Clifton and some posh societies. You could see the protest also in these areas only..

They did a good job in KPK of getting support in all areas; rural and urban.

Indeed..
Now they must deliver in KPK if they want to consolidate their gain.. and use the performance in KPK as a showcase in other provinces to convince the voter communities. But first IK must come down from the container.
It's good to see the political leadership of the country getting matured. Asif Zardari has gone to Mansoora.. it's a huge positive development after decades of political rivalry. Previously Asif Zardari had lunch with Nawaz Sharif and reportedly they called Altaf Hussain during the lunch. All these political entities are a reality in Pakistan and must have a working relationship instead of taking their differences to personal level.
I hope this unprecedented display of political maturity can teach a lesson to an isolated but important political force in Pakistan being led by a very immature ex cricket player-anarchist who mistakenly thinks of himself as the messiah-revolitionist.

Re: Live Updates of Azadi March
This is so embarrassing, honestly. All those Nawas League mobs who were the first one to out on the streets chanting ‘Go Zaradri Go’ and vowing to hang him the public square are now giving press conference eulogize him, thanking him, saluting him, deifying him, worshipping him. Their mouths salivating with excitement as they hiss out the praise for their hero Zardari. Noora trolls, are you weeping at your masters’ U Turn?
I pity the Noon league, their supporters and sympathisers who have suddenly found so much love for these blood sucking leaches. So these are criminals that are considered ‘clever’ politicians? Really? Shame on you all. Yes, now continue fooling the youth that your cult leader Katoon e Ala will now bring all the looted money home. Yes, the NAB will now open up cases of corruption against Zardari and PPP.
I was initially very annoyed with Imran’s tactics, but now looking at how all these sectarian Mullahs, murderers, dacoits, local hooligans, hypocrites and filthy opportunists have gathered to attack him, I sincerely hope he succeeds. It is now or never. If he can fight a long hard battle as one man army for 18 long years, it won’t hurt to prolong this fight for few more days, months and even years, now that he has the youth - the ultimate future of Pakistan - behind him.
InshAllah we will have true democracy in this country. It is mobcracy when when the elected ‘we did no wrong’ government will employ every criminal tactic to prevent an FIR from being filed. #DownWithMobcracy](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=DownWithMobcracy) #DownWithDynastyPolitics](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=DownWithDynastyPolitics) #DemocracyNotMonrachy](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=DemocracyNotMonrachy) #ReformsNotDeals](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=ReformsNotDeals)
