Well, forget get about NS supporters (and I'm not one of his supporter), but if he was no threat to the regime, than why did Mushrraf panicked and in open violation of the SC's order sent NS back to Saudi Arabia?

The media have been roasting the Sharif brothers since the finally admitted that they did sign the exile agreement in 2000, and the fact that Prince Muqrim of Saudi Arabia publicly declared that they should abide by that agreement and come back to Saudi Arabia.

The original SC judgement was based on a petition in which the Sharif's stated falsehoods. In their original petition the Sharif brothers lied to the Supreme Court when they said that they had not made any sort of written agreement to escape into foreign exile. Now that they have admitted in front of the world's media that they did in fact sign such an agreement, the original SC judgement maybe revised.

The "agreement" was produced by the AG before the SC. The SC said the "agreement" itself was ILLEGAL and had no legal standing under the law. BTW, junta today stands nude before the world w/o any sort of legitimacy whatsoever.

Yup, the Sharif's clearly stated to the Supreme Court that they signed no agreement. Now they themselves have stated that they did and provided their own additional details. Plus as you said we did not have Prince Muqrim public declaration at that time, and Saad Hariri's visit as well. I am sure the CJ and his fellow judges will now been questioning them about their changing stories and why they lied to the court in the first place.

KSE that was going down rapidly with the news that NS (Ganja choor) is coming back, gone into jubilant mood once news came that this parasite got deported. At present KSE is 140 points up and I believe that once NS would land in Saudia, KSE would go further up :)

Now I know why Shabhaz Sharif stayed behind in London.

Supreme Court will slap the government's wrist for deporting Nawaz.

Nawaz Sharif will dare not try to return again, as the Saudi's will never let him.

But Shabhaz Sharif will come back after any favorouble SC ruling, and eventually end up leading the PML-Nawaz faction into the elections.

Just what Musharraf always wanted!

I do not know why people could not understand that it is big crime in Saudi Arabia to put finger into the backside of King and escape :). When NS made agreement with Saudi King and than used that agreement as toilet paper, than King got a poke in his Ass, got furious and send his brother (Intelligence chief) to Pakistan to get this goon back from Pakistan.

[One should know that one should not go to Saudi Arabia, make agreement with Saudi King, and then started poking his finger in King's Ass. Only idiot like NS did not knew that :)].

If Pakistan had not given this goon back to the furious King, it would mean that no one would have trusted Pakistanis in their country, as they would know that if they make agreement with any Pakistani than there is no guarantee that this Pakistani criminal would fulfil the agreement. When a person in such high position like Ex PM of Pakistan can break the agreement with his ‘Mohsin’ and King of Saudia, obviously no Pakistani could be trusted.

Now if that criminal after breaking his agreement run to Pakistan and Pakistan give them criminal refuge means a disaster as that would have opened the door for all Pakistanis to do crime (or break agreement) in other countries and come back to Pakistan with expectation that they would not get deported to that other country.

We should also note that its not that agreement was only made with Saudi King in Pakistan and in Pakistani prison under duress. When Shahbaz and Nawaz left Saudia under special circumstances (medical need), again they signed an agreement with Saudi government that they would not indulge in any political activities outside Saudia and that they would return back to Saudia. What they signed in Saudia was not signed in Pakistani prison. So, all this BS that what they signed was all under duress (in Pakistani prison) is wrong.

Yup, the 3rd document they signed whilst in Jeddah in 2003 could not be under the pressure of Musharraf - they did that of their own free witting sitting in a Saudi Royal Palace. That much the media has continually reminded the Sharifs.

Well, most people in Pakistani media are bought by these goons, so media won’t tell all this to public clearly, because it would expose their pay masters :). You can say same about Pakistani Judiciary too. I don’t think that Supreme Court judge are mentally retards that they could not have known that if agreement is signed between NS and unknown entity, while it was Pakistan that fulfilled the contract (forgiving NS cases, his convictions and release him), than Pakistan was a party in that agreement too.

The first thing the Supreme Court is going to ask the petitioners for Nawaz Sharif is why they lied orginally by stating to the judges that no foreign agreement was made?

In fact as I have said in other threads whatever the Supreme Court of Pakistan decides now is redundant, as the Saudi's will never allow Nawaz to come back from Jeddah, as long as Musharraf is ruler. That much is clear now. Sure SC can say it was "contempt of court" on part of the govt, but it's writ does not extend across the Arabian Sea and certainly not to Jeddah, where the very annoyed Saudi's will never let Nawaz out of their sight.

Nawaz Sharif committed a monumental blunder by trying to come back to Pakistan from London. Had he remained in London he could have continued his political activities which he started in 2005 when he moved there. Now in Saudi Arabia he will be a virtual prisoner.
