OK so a similar thread exists which is asking what defines your ideal partner.
My question is what changes do you think others could make that would make them more desirable, or less undesirable at least. For example, a 30 something guy wearing a spider man shirt and a matching band is definitely a no-no. The same guy could look a lot better if he wears clothes that suit his age, and maybe a classy watch?
Before you lecture me about the unimportance of looks, I just want to ask whats the harm in grooming ourselves?
So guys and girls tell me what turns you off, and what could make the situation better?

so tempted to troll but i done been trying a new grown’d up kinda thing which is making me feel slightly gross
anyway, i’m not sure if there’s anything specific. or anything that i would make a point to tell someone about as long as he’s an okies human bean. except stubble :jano:

I honestly dont care if she aint all up in my binniz all the time. She can do her thing, and i do my thing..but then we jsut need ground rules for together activities. DAS ALL.

Confidence
Opinionated
Nerd (whatever her field is)
Someone who can argue with me on logical points … not emotional black mailing
Turn Off:
A girl giving excuses that she can’t do this thing because she is a girl!
A girl spending years of her life in studying and then if i ask her “so whats your future plans” and she replies “nothing, just planning to get married and raise my kids”.

I don’t like clingy, overly butthurt folks. Like chill and enjoy life. I would feel extremely claustrophobic with someone like that because I start censoring myself in front of non-chill folks who can’t find the humour in life and ultimately all conversations will be monosyllabic.

Guys who are arrogant and so full of themselves
who can’t dress
who can’t carry a decent convo
who can’t talk properly in normal english - them ‘mandem’ and ‘rudeboi’ types along with the chav types
the list is endless really…

Definitely a good sense of dressing and grooming
Having some knowledge about women’s interests and fashion is always nice too
Being active and regularly working out and eating well
Good manners and politeness

To be fair, when I’m with my old school uneducated boys, I do a bit of the old “mandem”, “blood”, “dust”, “gwaan” etc. etc. lol, does that make me a chav? haha!

Meh. I don’t care for grooming much. Just be clean. I would find it weird if a guy groomed more than myself and I don’t groom much. It would be a big deal if I took a shower everyday.
About the only thing that turns me off is holier than thou attitude. Other than that, I just don’t care what you do, how you dress, or how you talk. If anything, it is a turn on for me if you don’t mind getting dirty doing something, like jumping into muddy waters to observe a cool looking fish or whatever. Why? Because I am like that.

I have stopped taking shower, just to see how long it takes before my skin started to disintegrate because of all the bacteria growing on it. It’s all in the name of science.
