I will share two today
When people are talking to me on the phone and eating at the same time.
When people park their “precious” 2002 golden color Camry in such a way that they occupy 2 parking spots so no other peasant can park close to their gem. That is even more irritating when the parking lot is already full

Main sabr key uss manzil per hoon that little or big nothing irritates me. Seriously, I tried to think when was the last time that I lost my temper or let it out on someone or I was hyper ventilating or I was mad at someone for something. I could not recall.

Irritation does not require an expression. You can be irritated a little inside but be calm and pleasant outside ...
That is why I did not say "what makes you angry", I said what irritates you?

It can get too long if I list every other stuff that irritates me, but one thing that really, really riles me up to the point where I am willing to get into a fist fight is when people pretend to be listening to you. I mean if you have to fake interest, do it properly.

Joke aside, I must admit that more often, I am the culprit of that behavior. Every now and then, my wife is saying something and I am pretending to listen to her but mind is wandering all over the place .. I am sure that irritates her a lot. I am sorry honey
Oh you have no idea how many times I have gotten into arguments over this. I have even made people repeat stuff I had said just to be sure they paid attention. 
You know honestly if my begum starts asking me to repeat what she said, we would be fighting all the time. 
I should straighten up this act of mine. She is so good, she often ignores this stupid behavior of mine ..
When people assume stuff about you and have issues against you due to those silly assumptions.
When people can't seem to get you out of their minds and mention you in every conversation.
When people come to you for a consultation and still insist on wearing parrot green skin-tight pants!
When people you do NOT wish to speak to call you 21 times in 5 mins!

To day a guy yelled at old woman at highway, It got me so mad.
Woman wasn't at fault.
so i went behind the guy honked at him, and exchange some gestures. Things old woman could not do.

People who dont listen to me when I am clealy always right.
Actually, thats not really that irritating as when it hits the fan, its nice to laugh at them.
I guess irritating is...erm...ooo people who cannot pack shopping bags. I always have to redo it in front of them so that they know for next time. Oh and another one, when cashiers give you your change, they put the notes down first and then the loose change on top! Like, hello...its bound to fall all over the floor. Loose change first and then notes!
