I thought that too but after trying the samples, it has no shimmer in it! It just is a universally flattering shade which should work for anyone under NC35. I love adding a bit to my cheeks, collarbone, and I even add some under my blush to make it less flat. I’m almost done w/ the sample so I’ll be buying a full bottle. The 20% is also a factor, lol.
