no really i have a friend who bites till her lips bleed and there are big crater-like dents in her lips… her nails are bitten down to the point where the flesh shows and she gets an infection in them…

you may be able to get a nasty tasting nail polish type product depending upon which country you are in...it tastes foul and the idea is that this discourages you from putting your fingers in you mouth.
