I am currently working…I know I post in this forum with different wacky ideas a lot. I feel like I am not getting anywhere…and it is frustrating. I plan to do MBA but need work experience, I am currently having a hard time with getting on the career ladder. And now I am not worried about my career as much since inshallah I am going to have a baby this year. Right now I work part time. And I am looking to go to school as a limited student. I want to go to school maybe it might help me out with getting a better job. What do u guys think? Is it worth it or no? And what classes would u suggest I take? I am confused as to what I should do I am just a bachelors and feel like it is not enough. I haven’t been in touch with school since I graduated in 2005. Pls help out.
Re: Limited Student
First of all - Congratulations! Have a healthy happy baby that brings enjoyment to you and everyone else.
If you are able to manage the time, sure engage yourself in a part time study - finance and law are always good bets for a future career.
What was the BS major?

May Allah (SWT) make your term an easy one and give you a healthy baby. Ameen.
I believe that having the baby will increase your chances of a job. From the post above it seems that you might be a bit disheartened, this may come across in the interviews and even in the CV/letters that your apply with. Happiness like a baby may change all this. Did you know I strongly believe that getting a job is 90% confidence/eagerness and 10% resume?
However, after having baby you might open another post in the life and relationships forum asking whether you should spend more or less time away from your baby ... you'll see. Studies are good for the sake of learning, because knowledge is virtuous. If you are going to study for a job then I advise against it, but if you are studying to increase your hold and understanding in life then I totally support it.
