Re: Lil baingan - what do i do?
cut it in round thin pieces…
Now you have two options…
- fry the pieces with salt and red pepper sprinkled on them…
OR
*]make the pakoRa/phulki mix and, dip’em in there and fry…
That’s what I would do ![]()
Re: Lil baingan - what do i do?
AQ: My option sounds better :p

AQ: My option sounds better :p
Mine sounds logical, tastier, mature, the awesome, the best, the bestest, the cool, and above all in the best interest of the baingan.

Here's another one:
Slice aubergine into thin slices. Apply oil on these slices and cook them for couple of minutes on both sides.
Mix together cheese, chicken, chilli sauce and all powder masalas into a paste.
Apply the paste on the aubergine slices and roll them.
Pre heat oven. Place these rolls on a baking tray and top them up with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake for 15-18 minutes on 200 degrees.
Serve hot :)
