i use to roast bengain... its lovely!!!
make masla..
cut thin slices of baingain and potatoes then fry them for like a minute each side.
then make a thin layer of masala and then a a layer of baingain/potatoes and then masala at the top put it in the oven, with onion slices and shimla mirch...
turn out really tasty.. try it :)

it is YUMMY! :D
bake it in the oven for like 15 minutes on full heat... itna ke masala bengain and potatoes ke saath achi tarha mix ho jae... and roast ki shakal ho jae...
do try and tell me how it went

those little eggplants are very tasty so be sure to make good use out of them.
are they the round ones or the small long ones (often called chinese or italian eggplants)?
if you have enough of them you can always make bagarey baingan (hydrabadi eggplant) ![]()
or just make regular baingan by sauteeing them with some fried onions, salt, red pepper, and tomatoes.
if you dont have that many you can always make a eggplant raita out of it.

MKD, i still havent used them...just been having long days at work and havent had the chance to make anything of them and they are sitting in the fridge.
