Well at first I thought it would be a huge issue. I have waited, so should have he.
But if you think about the logistics of it, where are you gonna find a virgin bloke, who you get on with, who your parents life and who you find attractive, is on the same wave length, etc…
I mean I think you have more chances of being hit by lightening…

No one is a virgin these days...guys AND girls alike.
The ones that aren't usually never admit it (esp Muslim girls)...so many guys marry Muslim girls thinking they are virgins when in reality they are not.
I really don't have a prob with it as long as the person is honest and upfront about it. If you aren't a virgin...then be honest with the person you are going to marry and tell them...if they still marry you then its because they like/love you so much, they are willing to overlook it. If you keep your past sexual experience(s) a secret...you are starting a marriage based on a lie and that is not fair to your spouse.

I would find it difficult to overlook if my guy was not a virgin. I could only accept it if he had sincerely repented it and would never do it again.

As long as you both know the score as far as your history with other partners are concerned there shouldn't be an issue. Speak to eachother honestly about your past and your expectations should be based on the way you remained yourself or being open to your partner having a different experience. Long as you don't judge the other by rules you didn't/ couldn't adhere to for whatever reason should mean no issue.
@ korn: u cant know if a guy or a girl is a virgin.. only diff might be that the first times may hurt for a girl.. but this doesnt have to..anatomical variety :)

Korn, a lot of the time guys can't tell (even if they say they can).. I know of a few who have said their new wives were 'pure' when they married them when I know for a fact they weren't and conversely I know of a couple of girls who lost their virginity to men who had no clue it was just their first time.. not all girls find it hurts the first time, not all girls bleed, not all girls go all shy and scared.. some do make the first move on the wedding night and aren't passive.. truth is there is no clear way to tell cos our bodies and behaviour are all so different..
