Interestingly many influential & educated women in the country have kept quiet on the bill so far

I think they have just decided that ignoring these loony people is the best response. It is not worth their time

…Because a Bill is not an Act, and CII can legally only ‘recommend’ things to Government, but the Government is not obliged to follow any of their recommendations.
