I went to a dawat last week where the hostess made some kind of potato cutlet thing, but she was frying them (I think in besan - not sure…) They kind of looked like pakoray, but inside they were soft mashed potatoes - kind of like potato cutlets. Does anyone know what I’m talking about and do you know how to make them?
