Abortion: Totally Pro Choice. THe girl has to carry the baby so It's her call whether she wants to abort it or not. Even if the pregnancy is the result of a "casual" sexual encounter.
Equal rights for everyone.
Decrease taxes
Spend a moderate amount to help the poor. Not like the UK which gives benefits for EVERYTHING (and rakes up a HUGE debt doing it)

Health Care for all. No ones family should go through the pain of seeing a loved one die just because they couldn't afford treatment.
Bail out corporations with tax payer money.

In that case, guys, everyone can be classified into all three categories depending on the topic that's been discussed. Someone who may have moderate views about abortion may be conservative about sex before marriage and liberal about dating. Someone who condemns the banning of religious symbols may also condemn the death penalty. The reality is, you cannot categorise people on the basis of their views about everything under the sun. The only thing you can do is generalize. We are individuals, and differences in opinion are bound to exist even among those who you may consider a part of one category. Otherwise, why don't we just segregate the three types of people from each other so that everyone can live happily ever after?

Good point, but don't you think that most people have a bunch of similar views (con, mod or liberal)? I mean, people who usually condemn abortion on religious grounds will often also be against sex before marriage (and dating too in the case of most Muslims). While they may be liberal in some cases, they would be conservative overall. Hence the generalizations are accurate to a large degree :)

I would condemn abortion on a humanity ground rather than religious. I know medically what the consequences could be to the mother and a fetus in utero is as much alive as any of us..so it would be a murder on human grounds IMO. At the same time am totally totally against sex before marriage.
I agree we are just sharing our own opinions aboout people from their posts..but as BBQ said it would generally be difficult to categorise people into these 3 categories…too variable and too many aspects.
In short we can’t make a bar chart of it ..a bell shaped curve would do

You have totally missed my point. Are not most Muslims (and Hindus too) against abortion, against sex before marriage and dating and against giving their daughters too much freedom? Notice, I used "most" not all. Then can't you label them as conservative?

And the timing is very important too..But yeah I don't believe a mother should bring a kid into this world that she thinks she can't raise. There are too many kids ALIVE as it is to be adopted and be cared for.

for the issues you have mentioned, yes. There can't be a middle ground for such issues because the choice isn't available the way you have put it..
Moderates will tell you: well, i am pro choice but I do not condone abortion just for the heck of it, the girl should be a victim of sexual abuse, rape or whatnot for an abortion to be ok for me.
A liberal will be pro choice and may also not condone abortion for the heck of it. Not condoning it while still making it legal is a liberal position (not a moderate position)
They would tell you tax the rich more and tax the poor less. This is a liberal position!
Healthcare should be available to all but the richa$$ dudes need to pay for most of it. This again is a liberal position!
They see the grey area that most liberals and conservatives miss. No grey area above.
What's the difference between moderates and liberals/conservative: they can be easily convinced and are likely to be right. I am a hardcore liberal and I wish I could see things sometime that are crystal clear to moderates. It takes me a while to see it from their point of view.
Liberals typically seek the truth, and are actually very flexible when you provide them a convincing argument. They are very inflexible when it comes to things that are obvious - such as womens rights, equality for all, resolving issues peacefully as opposed to by war etc.
