She's talking with evidence and the history we're being taught in Pakistani schools is false and biased. I'm no secular supporter but it's true that Jinnah was secular and Pakistan's existence is based on those secular values/rules.
Wearing bindi is her right, imagine someone making fun of a headscarf or beard, how'd you feel?

She (hareem01) did not say anything abjectionable. Why she should be banned? It is everyones right to speak freely. No one is forcing you to agree. However, as a Muslim I can assure that if we treat the Holy Quran as our final and absolute guide and persevere not forgetting at the same time God’s command that all Muslims are brothers to one another, no earthly power or even their combine, can defeat us” ( Address at a meeting in Hyderabad ,Deccan—July,1946). “ We have been the victim of a deeply laid and well-planned conspiracy…..We thank Providence for giving us courage and faith to fight these forces of evil. If we take our inspiration and guidance from the Holy Quran, the final victory, I once again say, will be ours.”(Speech at a rally at the University Stadium,Lahore-October,1947).
According to the great Quaid, Holy Quran is the “sheet anchor of Islam and fundamental code of life for Muslims “What is it that keeps the Muslims united, and what is bedrock and sheet anchor of the community. It is Islam. It is the great book Quran that is the sheet anchor of Muslim India.” (Speech at ALL India Muslim League Session, Karachi-26-12-1943). “Every Musalman knows that the injunctions of the Quran, are not confined to religious and moral duties. From the Atlantic to the Ganges, Quran is acknowledged as the fundamental code, not only of theology, but of civil and criminal jurisprudence, and the laws which regulate the actions of mankind are governed by the immutable sanctions of the Will of God. Everyone except those who are ignorant knows that Quran is the general code of Muslims. A religious, social, civil, commercial, military, judicial criminal penal code, it regulates everything…. .And our Prophet has enjoined on us, that every Musalman should possess a copy of the Quran and be his own priest. Therefore, Islam is not merely confined to the spiritual tenets and doctrines or rituals and ceremonies. It is a complete code regulating the whole Muslim society, every department of life, collectively and individually.” ( Eid Message to the Nation—September,1945).
Elaborating the role of the Quran and the Islamic State, the Quaid, in his address to the students of the Usmania University, Deccan in August, 1941, said,” In Islam ultimate obedience belongs to God alone.The only way to follow His guidance is through the Holy Quran. Islam does not preach obedience to a king, parliament, person or any institution. The Islamic Government means rule of the Quran. And how can you establish the rule of Quran without an independent state? In this state, legislation will take place within the boundaries drawn by the Quran”.
This scribe has yet to come across a better description of the role and function of the Quran and an Islamic State than the one given above by the great Quaid.
this shows Jinnah Was never Secular nor did he worked for Secular Pakistan and what do you think ALLAMA IQBAL who always stood for rise of Islam will ask a secular man to lead the movement

ZZH has talking like a 3rd rate page 3 journalist. Regarding Bangladesh war, he was agreeing with Sharmila Bose's version of the war...becoz Sharmila Bose is a hindu and her version suits his agenda. He was emphasizing the fact that Sharmila is a hindu and she speaks truth.
There are a lot of hindu writers who have written about 1971, why does ZZH not quote about those hindu writers??? Thats becoz their version does not suit his agenda..
There was no point in reciting Quranic verses after Marvis answers. His agenda was to provoke her by reciting those verses.
On the point that Muslims of Pakistan will "give" complete freedom to non muslims/hindus of Pakistan..it was Marvi who caught ZZH by his collar, who the F*** is ZZH to "give" non muslims their right.
Now ZZH has a video on facebook, claiming that Prophet Muhammad PBUH is mentioned in Hindu Scriptures. He is inviting Hindus to convert or Muslims will butcher you in Gazwa e Hind.. He is comparing Hindu pandits to Jews. Its intellectually dangerous for Muslims to rely on Hindu scriptures to prove authenticity of Islam. He is a donkey of ISI and Pak army, whose existence relies on hating India especiallly Hindus.

A secular person doesn't mean anti-religious ... not entirely ... it merely means they prefer to separate religion from state affairs. Islamically you and I believe to do this is not allowed and hence for you and me secularism seems to be an irrelegious act. But for those who don't judge others on their religious affiliation such as Jinnah wouldn't have cared less whether the person pulling the flag was outwardly religious or not ... I believe he favoured the idea of "freedom of expression" ...
... I can't believe you think that Jinnah was religious based on the appearance of his flag man ... he himself as shown in Marvi Sermid's article wore shirt and trousers, had two dogs and smoked ...
On the other hand people who are anti-Islam will side with the secularists and for the non-secularists like you and I it becomes a hard task to work out if the other camp are secular because they believe Islam allows it or if they are indeed allergic to Islam. I think we need to give them the benefit of the doubt just like you have learnt to give Jinnah Saab the benefit of the doubt.

I saw the video too - objectively speaking Hamid was put in the defensive by Marvi. He tried hard to deflect the question (which the anchor reiterated several times) by posing his own question. the bottom line was, when asked what proof he had to call the SAFMA funded by Indians, his response was that since he has been called names, he can call them names. Which is an admission that he has no proof and just buying time to settle out of court.

I concur with that assessment ... muslims are told to elevate themselves by retaliating with what is better. To have spent so much time about complaining that Marvi called him "Laal topi walla" and then say "Bindi walli Hindu" dropped the already immature conversation to a playground fight. She was almost poised with a response and said "So what is the problem with being Hindu?" She was annoying him and was getting annoyed ... he was asked to provide proof that Marvi is affiliated to the right wing Hindus and he constantly avoided answering ...
As a Muslim vocal - portraying himself for representing Islam he aught to be doubly prepared for questions that can damage his credibility. He should avoid making accusations anyway ... but if he must make them he needs to be water tight ... on this occasion he was not.

Name callings like topi wala and dot head etc, accusation and counter-accusations aside, ZH was also accused of being an ISI agent, hell who cares. Also Marvi Sirmed who she represents is beside the point I care less. Now if anyone is negating TNT and crows about minorities in pakistan that I have a problem with and this is where she keeps dodging the question.
