She is a total b****. Just visit her blog. You will find many provocative pictures. She openly supports ban on burqa. One can still accommodate her for expressing her views. But she has crossed all limits. You will find the picture of a stark naked woman showing her things while clad in a burqa. Do you call that liberalism or extreme provocation?
She, that so-called scientist hoodbhoy and a couple others are so-called leftist but actually fascists and definitely on the payroll of someone. It is OK to debate about things but they have taken it to another degree where they are truly exposed.

I just saw it yesterday. Marvi Sirmad seems to be quite a wishy washy character too. I can't say much about Zaid Hamid either.. but calling the two-nation theory as irrelevant and saying the Ideology of Pakistan was never there until the 1960s and finally saying that Iqbal had no role in the creating of this country is like going overboard !
And what's with her bindi antic? lol

She's talking with evidence and the history we're being taught in Pakistani schools is false and biased. I'm no secular supporter but it's true that Jinnah was secular and Pakistan's existence is based on those secular values/rules.

You seem to be a staunch follower of her. I am by no means a fan of that lal topi but I also can never support low breed bharay ke tattoo like her and hoodpai. She is even worse because she is openly mocking Islam. As I said earlier one can and should accommodate real liberals but not fascists like her.
And that provocative picture is still there. I also urge others to read her posts and look at her real, rotten self.

It's absolutely her right. If she was really a hindu I would never have made fun of her the same way I wouldnt make fun of those with a beard or those who wear headscarfs. The same way I wouldn't make fun of nuns or priests. But I would call it an 'antic' on her part because she dresses like this and then claims that she doesn't care about the Kashmiris at all or that Iqbal had absolutely nothing to do with Pakistan.

At a time when Pakistan is going through hell already, defying the Ideology of Pakistan (whatever facts she might be stating) is like giving way to a new chaos and a much wider chasm and rifts in b/w people. And if you actually read hers and Nusrat Javeed (the president of SAFMA)'s tweets..they have used such sick words that whatever respect I had for earlier has diminished to the lowest low now.

What is with the bashing ones own symbol of Pardah in religion (it’s again a subjective choice of a person to observe it or not but at least respect it for what it is) but yes flaunting the ‘Indianised huliya’ would definitely not make her a favorite amongst all masses..infact just spark a controversy that isn’t needed at this time !

Apparently, some people are completely fine with seeing a blatant mocking of Islamic values -- such as a naked woman in a burqa -- and even have the guts to ask what was wrong.

yeah but what zaid Hamid is doing is totally destructive.
She didn't say she doesn't care about Kashmiris (well in this video she didn't) and she said Iqbal had nothing to do with do qaumi nazriya, not Pakistan.
She's right in saying that Pakistan wasn't created on any religious or cultural differences, it was purely based on the dividing of some provinces based on the majority of muslims living in those areas.
