I’d say letting go of anyone depends on the nature of the split or disagreement. Mostly if you’re the one initiating the split, you will find it easier to let go (Relatively of course). And if the other person initiates it, then I’m sure it isn’t as easy.

Speaking from experience, it wasn’t that much of a problem because it was a mutual decision. So it was a non-issue.

Isn’t letting go difficult even for the person who initiates it?!
