Like you dont call Doctor, Tabeeb in your regular spoken urdu. There are many english words that are used as they are in spoken urdu (TV, Phone and many)

That is true. Moaalij and Tabeeb are still in use though not as common.

No way man. In Urdu, its Aadaad with D (daal) at the end …maybe in arabic its hamzah .. like Ayaa vs Ayaat (quranic verses)

isii taraH aadaa~ aur aadaad donoN variations haiN magar aadaad ham ziyaada tar us waqt iste'maal karte haiN jab uske saath ham kisii aur lafz ko musta'mil karte haiN [jisko ham izaafat vaao 'ataf kahte haiN] jaise aadaad o shumaar...aadaa o shumaar nahiiN kahte. aadaad salees/roz-marrah kii bol chaal waali urdu meN kabhii iste'maal kar bhii lete haiN magar saqeel/adabii urdu meN to maiN ne kabhii nahiiN paRhaa aur na hii sunaa...ho saktaa hai meraa exposure itnaa na ho.

izaafat kii roo se ham Harf-e-daal giraa dete haiN. ek rule yeh bhii hai k agar ham izaafat karte haiN un alfaaz ke saath jinkaa iKhtitaam Harf-e-"noon" par hotaa hai to usko ham "noon Ghunna" [nasal N] meN mutabaadil kar dete haiN jaise:

jahaan
kamaan
makaan

ab inko ham daur-e-jahaan nahiiN kah sakte bal k use ham daur-e-jahaaN kaheNge...isii taraH teer-e-kamaaN aur andaroon-e-makaaN kaheNge.

ummeed hai k baat ab saaf ho gaii hogii.**

You did not give me an example of where we use Adaa' in Urdu . I am sure I am wrong but I never heard the use of word Adaa' instead of aadaad in urdu.
