Its not halal, but that not the question here. I have been to hooters several times. Lets say a LOT of times. I don’t see anything wrong with it. I wouldn’t mind going with my husband if we could eat the food there.
Girls dressed in short shorts are just representing the “hooter culture.” We go there… order… enjoy the wings.. curly fries and soda.. That’s it. Nothing wrong with that.

would you same thing for lets say a topless bar? If they have good wings and curly fries ?
